Acid Reflux Diet for Pain Relief

A chronic acid reflux is too detrimental to health of any person. This symptom often takes place after eating a sumptuous and heavy meal. The diet should also contain grains and the favorable type of grains and grain items are bread (multi-grain or brown), cereal (bran or oatmeal), corn bread, graham crackers, pretzels, rice (brown or white), rice cakes, etc.

Apart from the diet plan it is also essential to reduce the quantity of intake and increase the frequency.  The food items and ingredients should not be taken in an excess quantity.
